First read this FAQ. A lot of questions can be answered pretty quickly here.

What can / can't I bring?

We don't allow any glowing or flashing things (sorry glow stick people). This would include gloving, poi, pixel whips, etc. The Circle does not allow gum (carpet + gum is a bad combo). Definitely bring a positive attitude and dancing shoes.

What's the dress code like?

Dress code is fairly relaxed and people come wearing the gamut from T-Shirts & Jeans to nice dresses & heels. We ask no flip flops for safety reasons & that you keep your shirt on for the sake of all of our eyes 🙂

Are there "ins & outs?"

Sadly, No. Once you are in the club there is no re-entry. There is a large patio if you need some fresh air.

I purchased a ticket and can't make it! What can I do?

Unfortunately, not much. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable as a way to keep ticket prices low & keep scalpers away. Only the person who purchased the tickets may use them to enter the event.

I purchased tickets, but my friends are showing up at a different time than me.

Technically our policy is "Everyone must enter at the same time." So if you have 5 tickets, you and your friends need to enter together. HOWEVER, if you're arriving earlier and your friends will be there later, we will do our best to accommodate you. On very busy / sold out nights, this may not be doable since we'll be very busy, but we will try our best.

I purchased tickets but didn't get anything in my email?

First, check again, maybe your spam folder? You should receive a payment receipt and your tickets with QR codes on them. No physical tickets will be shipped (will call only). If you still can't find it, make sure the transaction went through with your bank. Sometimes if you use guest checkout (and not a paypal login) you won't receive a PayPal email. If this is the case and you want to confirm your ticket, scroll down and email us and we will look it up manually for you to confirm.

I lost my (phone, card, wallet, pokemon cards, etc)

Give the venue a ring and check with them to see if anyone turned it in Focus turns in all lost & found items to the management.

I want to DJ Focus, how do I do this?

Pretty easy, just bring a demo CD by the club and we'll take a listen. If we like it, you're in! Keep it mellow and vibey (you'll most likely be opening up the room).
